From what I can understand, it seems that America and England would have an annual Halloween contest to out scare each other (at night?). But with that, coupled with a horror movie, America is too afraid to sleep. America pleads to sleep with England (Iggy denies him?).

If anyone can provide an accurate translation for the summary and tracks, I'll update the entry with them. ^^b
