I'm sorry, I'm not sure (and the USPS website does not tell)! I've sent stuff to Canada that arrived in three days, and stuff that took a week and a half. I wouldn't guess it should be longer than that - is the Canada post up and running again? :)

If you make sure and choose "this is a shipment of goods" on the paypal site, I should be able to ship with a tracking number. :)

Sorry, "purchase" of goods. When you click "send money," it says on the tab, under the amount, 'this is a purchase of' and you can choose a radio button of goods, services, or e-bay items; choose "goods." :)
