If you ordered one of the extra calendars and paid me before Thursday, yours has also been shipped out. If you paid me after that, it will be shipped out tomorrow or whenever you do pay. Those of you that live in the U.S., many of you have received your calendars already. If you haven't, they SHOULD arrive tomorrow or Saturday.
This calendar would not have been remotely possible without the twenty-five amazing artists that contributed to it as well as the talented crew who created the calendar layout. I can't thank them all enough for participating in this project. All of their works turned out so beautifully. ♥

I love it so much. I didn't know UK and US had two different dates for mothers day and daylitght saving.

Details and too many exclaimation points ahead!
JAN - Britannia Angel! I love how he glows against the darker purple and grey of the scene. Little picture: Iggy snowman! America in a UK scarf! Iggy in US scarf! Americat batting at Iggymochi and Iggycat batting at Americat tail! So much cute!
FEB:America has such a nice smile here. The way you mixed the street-lights and the fairy-lights is...well, magical. Tho I mistook the fey for Finland at first.
MAR:Such a sweet, gentle picture (except Mochimerica XD ) Little picture: Lol at drunk, cuddly America. That's right, England, shoo away any interruptions!
APR:Love England's expression, and the egg. And the details - the pillows and the mochivase and the start-spangled cup.
JUNE:Little picture: Pffff, Americat! And is Iggycat wearing a sweater? XD (The boys look awesome, the cats just caught my eye first)
SEPT: This looks amazingly like Himaruya's style.
DEC: Awww at the mochis and cats in the background. Little picture: Lol at Mochimaerica. The boys look so cute sleeping under the tree. The details like the mugs, America's socks and the ornaments, are all darling.

I will now proceed to comment on all the lovely pictures in my beautiful, beautiful calendar:
The cover: The cover might just be my favourite of all the pictures. I love Chim's style for Alfred/Arthur (was just trawling through her stuff on tumblr the other day) and the lovely blue colours on this one make them really stand out. (Also, SUCK IT, PARIS! WE GOT THE OLYMPICS! NYEH!)
January: Dunya;s glowing Britannia Angel is gorgeous! I loved getting to look at this picture every day. He's so pretty! And Alfred, too. I love the sunset(?) colours and blue buildings in the background, too.
Monobuu's pic where they've got each other's flags on their scarves...Cutest thing ever, and new headcanon. It took me way too long to find Mochimerica in this picture...
February: Tale's larger picture is my personal favourite month so far (only on April...). There is literally everything to love about this picture. The background is gorgeous and I would stare at it longingly everyday, wishing I could draw like that - let alone manage to draw the beautiful characters. The Union Jack mittnes/scarves ont he fairies which Arthur has obviously paintsakingly made for them: here I was thinking Arthur couldn't get any cuter, but of course he can still manage. And, like I said, the character designs - Alfred's little smile!!! Arthur's little face!!! It'S CLEARLY A GAKUEN PICTURE AND I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW THIS HAPPENED AND WHAT COMES NEXT! I loved, LOVED, looking at this picture everyday. Usually with a calendar, I'll give it a glance every week or so. Or just forget to change itfor months because I forgot it's there. But with this picture, I seriously looked at it everyday. (It IS hanging next to my desk...)
Kiiru's Chibirisua and Chibiusa are adorable. I love the way Alfred is sitting and his perky little ears. And Arthur's litle sad punum!! I just want to love him! LET ME LOVE HIM!!
March: God, Lishtar's picture is beautiful! Alfred - how do you be so handsome! Arthur: how do you be so stylish!! I love Mochimerica in the fishbowl. I kind of get the impression he IS a real mochi, but they don't know that, because he never moves. And then occasionally they'll look over at the bowl and he's moved and they start questionign their sanity. I loe the hint of Alfred's bomber jacket haning up and a Union Jack scarf - their lives have obviously intertwined and they're all together and happy and adorable and USUK and just the way it should be!
And, as usual, loving Otoshigo's facial expressions in her pictures. They are ALWAYS priceless and flawless and make the characters seem much more alive than most still images can ever hope to manage.
April: Haku is haku. Like...what else can say? It's freaking gorgeous. Can't wait to wake up to this picture everyday. Is it weird that my eye is so the awesome brickwork?
Kira's picture is beautiful. I hadn't noticed the canvas-like texture till just now, and it makes those clouds look amazing. I love the see-through umbrella - I can't stop staring at it! Their hair is fantastic, and I want to see more of Arthur's clothes! He looks good in that colour - it looks like a smoking jacket!
May: Scarlet's picture is freaking gorgeous. I mean, those bright colours - it fits May so perfectly. On the left, is that a few drops of rain - or is there somethign wrong with my picture? If it IS rain, I think that's brilliant. Makes me think of "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" which looks like somethig this Alfred and Arrhur duo can understand. Alfred in a sweater vest? Yes, please. More, I say!! Also, that bush in the background, or the tree tops - the purpley-rosey ones - BEAUTIFUL!
Beek's Alfred looks - it's adorable. And Arthur's sunhat...Arthur, how do you be so white? And old-lady-ish? it's hilarious and adorkable.

June: Maki's picture is so bright and colourful and beautiful and cute and adorable and ALL THE NICE THINGS!! It looks like something the Powerpuff Girls would draw - the product of sugar, spice and everything nice. Words cannot express how much I love Alfred's outfit, and Arthur's backpack. Also, i want to see mre of Arthur's shoes!!
Kilehye's picture...Alfred..UNF. Seriously man, turn around and face me and let me ogle you. IS ARTHUR WEARING A NECKERCHIEF??!!! I JUST NOTICED THIS!!! WHY did you have to make them stand in profile??!! I want gratuitous model shots of these two! Iggycat makes me laugh and go "Kawaiii~" and I freaking LOVE how Americat is sitting ON Arthur's feet. True dat, true dat.
July: Yui's picture is going to make me cry everyday. I mean, it's beautiful but it just gives me the revolution angst feels. I am going to be lovesick and full of traumara on behalf of these boys everyday during July.
C's pciture is a nice balance to it. Something cute and sweet to remind us 'yes they had their separation, but there was still true love 5ever!!"
August: BOO YEAH! Shirtless USUK on my birthday month. Thank you, Lilly! I also have SUC a fetish for Arthur fiddling with Alfred's dogtags, so this is much appreciated. I also love the warm and sunny colours for their skin and hair, and how beautiful it is in contrast with the blue and white of the sea and sky. A really great picture!
Lotti's little picture is also adorable - I love the watercolour style of the colours. Their eyes are particularly beautiful in their detail and deep colours compared to the soft colours of the rest of the picture - I'm pretty sure I'll be staring at their eyes a lot in August. (Arthur's blush is also really cute!)
September: God, I love Kanami's style. For obvious reasons. IT LOOKS LEGIT!! Just a heads up, if you ever feel like working yourself to the bone to produce one, I would buy an entire calendar of USUK drawn by you.
I love Alfred's random "HA HA HA! in Pocky's picture. I can jsut imagine him sitting around being quiet and then randomly bursting out with his "HA HA HA!"s at random intervals because he can't be quiet. I love Arthur eating (obviously) Alfred's chips/fries. If that isn't true love... I also always appreicate a picture of him sitting in Alfred's lap.
October: I can just tell that I will spend ages during october starting at Blulious' picture and trying to come up witha backstory. The outfits! The location! Alfred's face! Americat! What made this moment happen?! It looks like it has a story to tell, and I can't wait to stare endlessly at it and make one up.
Sakuya's picture is adorable. I love the colours, the heart framing them in the background, and this is seriously one of the cutest pictures of Alfred I've ever seen. Arthur's being all shy and Arthur-y and Alfred's just being besotted and sweet and cute and loveable and wearing a handsome-as-hell outfit and holding his hand and leanig in AND BE REAL, ALFRED, GODDAMMIT!!!

November: Hika's picture is just plain gorgeous. Dear Lord, that red! It's so powerful and stunning! My eyes are going to be drawn to it constantly throughout the month. I love the reminder of their relationship together as war Allies. My headcanon is that this is around the time they started falling love love (or rather realised they were in love, since they weer ALWAYS in love) so to have a month dedicated to that is nice.
Mouichi's is so interesting - I want to know what's going on! Again, the red really stands out, and makes it pop. I love Arthur's face and hair, and the detail on those poppies is amazing! I als love the faded trees in the background - that semi-sparkly looking texture is really cool.
December: maiyeng...maiyeng, maiyeng, maiyeng. I don't know what else to say. It's perfect. I mean, if Alfred and Arthur weren't freaking beautiful enough in this picture, there's all the background details that make me keep looking at it and noticing something new, or appreciating different details, every time I look. The mochis: I want them. Seriously, they have no business being that adorable. Why does weird-suitor!Mochimerica and blushing!Mochiggy have to be one of my favourite things of all time? It feels wrogn, but I just love it. ANd I LOVE the fuzziness of the cats! Iggycat with his little bowtie, Americat with his little existence!! Nyuuu~ So cute! And then, of course, there's Alfred and Arthur and their unhealthy levels of gorgeousness. It's SUCH a beautiful picture. Thank you for making it!
marimo_blogger's picture is going to make me laugh EVERY time. I can tell already. I just have this ridiculous weakness for Mochiggy's tsun tsun face, and Mochimerica using Engrish. I crack up whenever I see them, and now, thanks to this, I'll see them every day. A blessing or a curse? Words cannot express how much I want a) those baubles, b) those mugs. DEM MOCHI MUGS!!!! *foams with rabid desire* Why are the boys' socks so ludicrously adorable? Why is them holding hands in their sleep making me want to start pacing with frustratio that these guys aren't real and I can't literally smash their faces together and make them kiss 24/7? And why is drooling!Iggy now my favourite thing of all time? So many questions...
All in all, thank you everybody for your hard work in making this calendar. I have been appreciating this calendar everyday from its prime position next to my desk - RIGHT in my line of sight. And I will continue to appreciate it every day for many motnhs to come.
I know it's going to be one of those calendars which I reuse for years - even when I get confused about the dates because the calendar says 6th April is a FRIDAY, but in real life that year it's a Wednesday or something. (This has happened before. I just like to reuse good calendars. And this is A KING AMONG CALENDARS!)
